SAN GIOVANNI VALDARNO, 1 JULY 2017 - Small great revolution for the local public transport of San Giovanni Valdarno. The new urban transport services are launched which will allow students and users to reach schools and places of public interest more frequently.
Here are the news: the school service for kindergartens has been redesigned, a new circular urban line has been created and a new school service, defined as "Open Doors", for primary and secondary schools which will not limit itself to transporting only the students but also citizens who will need to move. The new circular will start on Monday 3 July, while the new school service will start with the start of the next school year.
The service will be managed by Autolinee Toscane (AT) - a company that has been operating for years in the territory of Mugello, Valdisieve and Valdarno Fiorentino - which has won the tender launched by the Municipality which, thanks to the contribution of the Tuscany Region, will invest for this service. about 150 thousand euros a year for the next 5 years.
